What is eVirtual Staging?
eVirtualStaging is an online design service offered by 3D Graphic Designers, Home Designers and Architechs that create high quality 3D images and videos to paint the picture of what a space will (or could) look like after a remodel was done. You give us your current stage (“before picture”), and we’ll create an incredible “after picture”. Blow the minds of prospective buyers, and show them what is possible NOW!
How it works: Select the package that best suits your needs. Then simply upload or email pictures and videos of the space. Provide us with the measurements of the space. Then select the style you are wanting. Give us some basic direction of what you want, and we can run with it and create a beautiful space. OR provide us any desired specfic renovation ideas, and we’ll create the “After Picture” and/or “After Virtual Video” the will blow your prospective buyers minds!
How Realtors and Sellers are using eVirtualStaging: When you have a house to sell, you gotta think outside the box! Our service helps Listing Agents and Sellers visualize the home after renovations, changes, or staging. As the Seller party, you are helping the buyer see the potential of the property. You can decide if you want to proceed with the changes, or agree on a price that works for both buyer and seller, and have buyer do the changes after closing. Turn Around Times

- Basic: One 3D Image, of one area to not exceed 300 square fee. Image will be released with full rights to you. $199
- Standard: Two 3D Images, each area not to exceed 350 square fee. Images will be released with full rights to you. $399
- Premium: Virtual 3D Video, Three 3D Images, each area not to exceed 350 square fee. Images will be released with full rights to you. $699
